The quotient is \(2\), so \(y = 2\) is the horizontal asymptote. The zeros of the denominators are \(\pm1\), so the vertical asymptotes are \(x = 1\) and \(x = -1\).

Although you were not asked to graph the function, but only to graph its asymptotes, we have included the graph of the function as well.
